Pricing questions
What does the base fee include?
R1 500 per month covers the platform, up to 25 client entities and up to 10 team members. Beyond that you pay R25 per additional entity and R95 per additional team member, per month. The full feature set is included — there is no gating by tier.
What does the setup fee cover?
A once-off setup & onboarding fee of R5 000 (launch promotional price R1 500 until 1 August 2026) covers done-for-you onboarding: we convert your data, integrate Atlas OS with your critical systems, and work directly with your IT function so the platform fits your internal processes. You do not onboard yourself — we do it for you.
How does the money-back guarantee work?
Every subscription is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee that starts on the day your subscription is fully operationalised — that is, the day we complete your onboarding, not the day you sign up. If Atlas OS is not right for your practice within those 30 days, we refund your subscription fees.
What counts as a team member?
A person with a login who works in Atlas during the month. Your clients using the client portal are not billed as users.
Is the full feature set included?
Yes. Accounting practices get the full stack — the Compliance Engine, Smart Inbox, Document AI, Billing & WIP, Client Portal, Practice Intelligence and the seven AI agents — all included in the plan, with no feature gating by tier.
Which currencies can I bill my clients in?
You can invoice your clients in ZAR and USD. Your Atlas OS subscription itself is billed in South African Rand.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Fees already paid are non-refundable except under the 30-day money-back guarantee.
